La Tour Titania, également connue sous le nom de Torre Azca, est devenue l’un des bâtiments emblématiques du quartier financier de Madrid. Située sur le Paseo de la Castellana, cette architecture construite sur les vestiges de la tour Windsor (détruite en 2005 par un incendie) abrite un centre commercial et des bureaux sur un total de 27 étages qui s’élèvent à 103,7 m du sol. Dans la salle d’événements et de réunion du gratte-ciel, POLYGROUP a installé l’un des planchers techniques les plus développés : GAMAFLOR FULL STEEL.

L’effervescence du trafic quotidien étant élevée, POLYGROUP a apporté son expérience à la configuration de ce système de revêtement de sol innovant et stable, basé sur une technologie que seul POLYGROUP fabrique dans toute l’Europe et qui, de plus, a récemment obtenu le Classement Leed Gold qui fournit des crédits Leed au bâtiment.

La technologie GAMAFLOR FULL STEEL étant, polyvalent, inaltérable contre l’humidité et très résistant à la charge, résiste au feu et offre également une grande absorption acoustique. Composé de deux tôles d’acier électrosoudées et d’une injection de ciment allégée, qui lui confèrent les plus hauts niveaux de performance et de résistance aux charges dynamiques et statiques, avec une finition en peinture époxy anticorrosion.

La solide structure de levage entièrement boulonnée GAMAFLOR (vérins-traverse) garantit une stabilité totale, un nivellement et une meilleure absorption acoustique dans les différents systèmes de plancher accessibles. L’utilisation de matériaux inertes lors de la fabrication classe ce système de plancher surélevé avec un taux d’absorption d’humidité de 0%, obtenant également le plus bas niveau de conductivité thermique par rapport aux autres systèmes de plancher surélevé.

Dans ce cas, on a choisi un plancher technique vissé, sans finition particulière, pour la pose ultérieure d’un plancher autoportant.

Ce système de plancher surélevé est également utilisé par les plus importantes sociétés d’ingénierie aux États-Unis, tant pour le secteur commercial que pour le secteur des technologies des centres de données, du pétrole et du gaz ou des télécommunications.
