Polígono Store has evolved beyond its industrial origins to consolidate its position as a strategic hub for advanced corporate headquarters and high-performance office buildings. The Endesa building reinforces the modernisation of Seville’s business park and its emergence as a reference destination for corporate infrastructure.
Two GAMAFLOR systems for two differentiated zones
The combination of GAMAFLOR PAC 35/05 and Full Steel Heavy Medium in a single project responds directly to the dual technical demands of the building.
800 m² of GAMAFLOR PAC 35/05 cover the office and workspace areas — providing the structural performance, full underfloor accessibility and lightweight construction required for a flexible, high-occupancy corporate environment. At 12.10 kg per panel and with a distributed load of 33.33 KN/m², the PAC 35/05 responds to the demands of intensive daily use.
200 m² of GAMAFLOR Full Steel Heavy Medium were specified for the most technically demanding zones of the building — areas with higher load requirements, greater infrastructure density or more stringent operational performance criteria.
HPV Lider Extranovo with Sovereign technology: visual and technical continuity
Both systems were finished with HPV Lider Extranovo with Sovereign technology — ensuring visual and technical continuity across the full 1,000 m² installation, regardless of the structural system beneath.
Sovereign technology eliminates visible panel joints, creating a seamless continuous surface that reflects the aesthetic standards of a first-class corporate facility. The HPV Lider Extranovo surface provides antistatic properties, high resistance to abrasion and intensive foot traffic, and easy maintenance.
The choice of the same finish across both systems ensures that the transition between the PAC and Full Steel zones is invisible to the building’s occupants, maintaining the spatial coherence of the interior while each system performs its specific structural function below the surface.
