VIVA BAHRIYA. DOHA, QATAR
RAISED ACCESS FLOORING FOR IT ROOMS
The Pearl-Qatar, located in Doha, Qatar, is an artificial island spanning nearly four square kilometers. Once fully completed, The Pearl will create over 32 kilometers of new coastline, for use as a residential estate with an expected 18,831 dwellings and 45,000 residents by 2018. Developed by UNITED DEVELOPMENT COMPANY and planned by architecture and design firm CALLISON, the island is located 350 meters offshore of Doha’s West Bay Lagoon area.
VIVA BAHRIYA is part of the twelve precincts THE PEARL project has, hosting 29 towers of diverse uses, such as a residential, marina, retail, hotels, and beachfront. This project aims to become a new urban center in Qatar, containing the most modern installations.
POLYGROUP provided a GAMAFLOR PAC raised access floor system for VIVA BAHRIYA towers, finished in a neutral tone that merged with the interior design of the buildings, which was inspired in the Mediterranean and Arabic architecture. The main advantage when using raised access floor systems in buildings of great height where special IT rooms are required is all the internal installations and cables are easily accessible on a daily basis for the users of the building.
This project helps to consolidate POLYGROUP GAMAFLOR raised access floors European factory like one of the most important raised access floor suppliers in Doha Qatar for high-class projects and IT Buildings.
