RAISED ACCESS FLOOR FOR OFFICES

One of the most emblematic images of Panama is the imposing skyline drawn by the buildings of the financial center as well as the city, which are a result of a modern construction that has been carried out in this city for several years.

Within this skyline we find NATIVA HEADQUARTERS, where the modernization of an office center was carried out where POLYGROUP provided a raised access floor system GAMAFLOR FULL STEEL with factory-applied finish HPV LIDER, as well as a carpet finish. The GAMAFLOR FULL STEEL systems consists of encapsulated steel panels of 600×600 mm filled with cement injection, supported by a structure consisting of pedestals and bolted stringers. In addition, the technical floor tile was screwed to the pedestal obtaining the maximum possible stability and acoustic absorption.

The use of raised access floor panels with factory-applied finishes provide greater accessibility, ease of installation and maintenance, as well as cost reduction in the project, obtaining an unmatched aesthetic thanks to technologies such as SOVEREIGN.

The result of this project was highly satisfactory, being a comfortable and accessible space for all users, in addition to keeping a defined aesthetic for the different areas of use, where the chosen coatings play an important role in resisting heavy traffic.
