RAISED FLOOR FOR PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS
The National Institute of Social Resources of Motril recently changed the location of its offices to this project designed by ERISUR ARQUITECTURA. The new location is an avant-garde project with minimalist design that is undoubtedly a significant renovation to the old facilities of this headquarters.
This project was carried out in collaboration with Gubia, experts in the use of wood and especially in unique bamboo work. From the design phase POLYGROUP and GUBIA have participated in the drafting of raised access floor specifications as well as providing first quality materials and with exclusive design. In the construction phase POLYGROUP supplied the raised access floor system GAMAFLOR PAC with high density chipboard core, galvanized steel as bottom support and finished in heterogeneous vinyl LIDER with vertical bamboo design.
The panels of this raised access floor allow a simple manipulation of installations, which are channeled through the plenum created by the floor, being easily accessible by the users without any aesthetic sacrifice, since the general appearance of the floor is a homogeneous, uniform and with a totally stable surface.
The application of SOVEREIGN TECHNOLOGY allows hiding the edge of the panels, providing an unmatched aesthetic as the modularity of the raised access floor with bamboo is undetectable, and providing an appearance of continuity that appreciated in the current architecture design.
