The Headquarters Tower is one of Jeddah’s most prominent commercial addresses — a building where the technical and aesthetic standards of the office fit-out must match the ambitions of the architecture itself. For the ALIYAR project, that meant a raised access floor system capable of delivering maximum structural performance, full underfloor accessibility and a premium finish that integrates seamlessly with the interior design concept.

Plenum at 860-1,100 mm: infrastructure designed to evolve
One of the most technically significant aspects of the ALIYAR specification is the plenum height — configured between 860 and 1,100 mm with stringer structure. At this height, the underfloor space becomes a genuine technical infrastructure zone — capable of accommodating large-diameter MEP installations, structured cabling systems and HVAC distribution without constraint.
This level of plenum height reflects a deliberate design decision: to build a corporate office that can absorb technological change over decades of use without structural intervention. New data infrastructure, updated power distribution, reconfigured HVAC zones — all of it can be managed from below, without disrupting the operational environment above.

The 1,200 m² installation was finished with HPV Lider — a surface that delivers antistatic properties, high resistance to abrasion and intensive foot traffic, and easy maintenance in a building designed for continuous professional use.
At this scale, finish consistency across the full installation is as important as individual panel performance. The HPV Lider surface ensures visual and technical uniformity across every square metre — from the first panel to the last.
