The new Ciudad Alta Employment Center, promoted by the Government of the Canary Islands through the Canary Islands Employment Service, has relied on Polygroup to equip its facilities with a raised access flooring system that combines strength, design, and functionality.
With an approximate surface area of 720 m², the building was fitted with the Gamaflor Full Steel Heavy Medium system, finished with HPV LIDER EXTRANOVO antistatic vinyl, reaching a final height of 20 cm to ensure accessibility to the technical infrastructure beneath the floor.
A Solution Designed for High-Traffic Public Spaces
Employment centers require infrastructure that guarantees durability, safety, and comfort, as they are subject to daily intensive use. The Gamaflor Full Steel Heavy Medium system delivers:
✔️ High structural resistance, ideal for public and administrative environments
✔️ Antistatic properties, essential for protecting equipment and users
✔️ Easy maintenance and long lifespan, reducing lifecycle costs
As an additional measure, selected areas were equipped with METRO carpet, particularly at entrances, to retain sand and debris brought in from outside, thereby increasing the durability and cleanliness of the rest of the facilities.
Collaboration with Local Companies
The project was carried out with Grupo Pérez Moreno as the construction company and DIRSA Pavimentos as Polygroup’s certified installer, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of quality and precision in execution.
A Step Forward in the Modernization of Public Infrastructure
The incorporation of advanced systems such as Gamaflor Full Steel Heavy Medium at the Ciudad Alta Employment Center demonstrates the public institutions’ commitment to the modernization of infrastructure, offering safer, more comfortable, and more sustainable spaces for citizens.
At Polygroup, we are proud to contribute to public projects that improve service quality and reinforce confidence in Spanish engineering for raised access flooring systems.
