ACCESS FLOOR FULL STEEL STRUCTURE

PEDESTAL HEAD:
Steel squared plate of 76 mm size and 3 mm thickness
TRIPLE THREADING SYSTEM:
Head and base totally threaded rod bolted between them with two security nuts to prevent movement and warranty the levelling
PEDESTAL BASE:
Circular steel plate of 90 mm size and 3 mm thickness
STRINGER:
Raised access floor stringer with rubber acoustic insulation, its bolted to pedestal head
FULL STEEL STRUCTURE PERFORMANCE
Each panel is embossed to a galvanized steel raised access floor structure of adjustable in height pedestals and bolted stringers giving full access to the space existing under floor. Triple threading system dully grants stability and system levelling during its service life. Reachable final height of this structure is 55 to 1000 mm. GAMAFLOR FULL STEEL system requires stringers bolted to pedestal head for heights exceeding 450 mm either with or without covering. This stringer doesn’t affect raised access floor free height.

FULL STEEL STRUCTURE WITHOUT
STRINGERS
GAMAFLOR FULL STEEL raised access floor panels without covering from factory are bolted to pedestals up to 450 mm obtaining a firmly screwed raised access floor system.
